e. Risk of Loss: You are aware of the speculative nature and high risks associated with Forex trading, Futures trading, CFDs trading, or any other financial product trading. You understand trading parameters and have had the opportunity to ask questions on how the Signal Trader Service handles signals in your trading account.
f. Risk Disclosure Statement: You are aware that the risk of loss in trading can be substantial. Carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. When trading on margin, you may sustain a total loss of the initial margin funds and additional funds deposited with your broker. Before deciding to trade or invest, consider your objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and should not trade or invest money you cannot afford to lose.
g. There is no guarantee that your use of the signal providers or the information disseminated on this website will result in profits; you may incur substantial losses. No trading system or recommendation service is free from risk. Trading Anarchy makes no warranty of profit, and neither Trading Anarchy nor its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, or affiliates will be held responsible for signal performance or trading losses.
h. By viewing this website and using the Service, you understand and agree that all trading is solely at your own risk. You should be aware of all trading risks and seek independent financial advice before trading.
i. You bear responsibility for choosing your signal provider(s); Trading Anarchy has not made any specific recommendations upon which you are entitled to rely. l. Returns for third-party signal providers may be hypothetical; they represent model account performance, inclusive of commissions, spreads, interest, fees, and system costs.
m. Actual gains or losses will vary based on factors such as starting balances, broker performance, spreads, market behavior, account settings, and signal provider performance.
n. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Prospective clients should not rely solely on past performance and should conduct their own evaluation of Trading Anarchy and trading programs.
o. Neither Trading Anarchy nor its third-party information providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or resulting from use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible damages.
p. Errors or omissions in information shall not be grounds for any claim, demand, or cause of action against Trading Anarchy or its information providers.
q. Power of Attorney: By accepting these Terms, you grant Trading Anarchy limited power of attorney over your trading account to place orders via the application according to trading signals.
2. Products and Services
a. You are responsible for identifying and obeying all applicable laws regarding items purchased on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that products will be used lawfully.
b. Trading Anarchy may change any product or service offered on the Site, or pricing, at any time.
c. The Trading Anarchy Application (the “Service”): The Application receives trading signals from third-party providers, validates them against your account settings, and sends accepted signals to your broker for execution.
3. Payment, Subscription, Cancellation
a. Fees indicated on the Site apply to certain Services. Users may purchase memberships for access to premium Services.
b. By signing up for a monthly subscription, you agree to pay all subscription charges associated with your plan.
c. Services and fees may change without notice.
d. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless canceled before renewal. You authorize Trading Anarchy to charge your selected payment method for renewals.
4. Risk Disclaimer
Commodity Futures Trading, Forex, Commission Futures, Binary Options, and Options trading carry high risks. You must be aware of these risks and willing to accept them. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. This is neither a solicitation nor an offer to buy/sell any security. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed on this website.
